Overcharge for parts, push repair service when you only want the part.Tell you a very easy repair is extremely difficult! Tried to coerce me to pay £120 for a easy fix which cost £25 from GLM for the part! Highly recommend GLM who really helped and where honest!

I cannot fault this company, telephoned the shop, no problem, engineer came, very professional, and I would recommend this company without question.

Ok so I took in my Dyson for a repair and was told by the rude owner that I would have to call back in a day to get a estimate for the repair.So I call back and was advised it would be £80 I wasn't happy with the estimate and decided to buy a new hoover and POLITELY declined.The guy only told me to come and collect my dirty hoover as it was stinking out his shop !!!! Mate you wanna watch your mouth if I'm not happy with the price no need to be rude. Plus my hoover did not stink" unlike your shop and you looked like you ain't washed in time so fall back.Utterly rude and vile owner stay away !!!!"

Disgusting service. First of all they went ahead with repairs without consulting with me about the price. I was then landed with a £75 bill due to parts they got which I could have sourced cheaper myself. Then when I came to collect the two workers behind the counter both didn't know how to use the card machine and very rudely insisted I have to pay cash! I told them I had £70 cash which they refused to accept so as a heavily pregnant woman I had to walk to the nearest cash machine and get the cash. Never again will I be bringing any repairs here with such incompetent service and ignorant staff.

I wouldn't recommend this business. Went into the shop first to share my issues with my dryer. They didn't bother asking if it had been cleaned out properly.Said there was a call out fee to see it even though we weren't far at all. When they came they were late, not very friendly and turns out it just needed a good clean but still charged the call out fee of £35 plus a diagnosis fee! Felt robbed. Could've just mentioned/asked this to begin with.

Phoned for a washing machine repair, but after explaining what the problem was, the engineer told me what was causing my problem. What a great service. Didnt need a repair after all.I am so happy with the service I received. Very honest. Would use again.

Dropped my vaccum off and the guy told me to ring back in 2 days so he can give estimate. I rang back 2 days later and he quoted me the price to fix it and told me the fault. I went ahead with he quote and he told me to go collect it 1 hr later. Excellent service I fully recommend this company.

Friendly and welcoming staff, food is fresh and tasty. Lots of selection and always happy to help if you fancy something different. They have a lot of special dishes on offer all the time and they also bake fresh cakes on site. Love it here x
