The guy stole my new battery and refuse to give it back. I know this becuase I recently had it changed with a original battery. When I went to collect the scooter from a puncture repair, he told me that I needed a new battery (shocking)! and showed me a different colour battery on my scooter and said it's faulty and I won't get enough miliage. I told him this is not my battery and I had it changed and my scooter was giving me long range miliage until now. The guy is a theif and dodgy, was so rude and aggresive and told me to leave becuase apprantly I have no proof. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will report it to the trading standard. They are criminals.

Last week I visit Scooter Commuter to have my inokim light 2 scooter serviced and have a throttle replaced and was greeted by Mark Green who not only did a fantastic job on replacing the throttle, he did a full service check and explained in detail all of the problems he found with my scooter and offered different options in repairing it that fit my budget. He explained what he was going to do, gave me a breakdown of the cost and completed the repairs on time as promised. I felt he went above and beyond and in such a professional way I certainly will be returning as a customer. Thanks Mark for doing such a great job.Glen

Mark at The Scooter Commuter is kind, knowledgeable and helpful - exactly the type of experience you'd want when getting an e-scooter. I'm thrilled with my new Light 2 and can't wait to ride it everywhere! I was worried about help with servicing if something went wrong or I needed a new tyre, but Mark is there to help with all of that. Thanks again, I can't recommend enough!
