Dan, the owner, offers exceptional service. Whatever your problem he is there to help, whether with a mobile phone or a tablet (and I’ve had problems with both). Most recently through his dogged tenacity he brought back to life an iPad I thought was well and truly dead and helped me to retrieve a file on it I thought was well and truly lost forever. Dan really is the man! Highly recommended.

100% would recommend.The people who work here are the best you will find.I came in with a broken phone just days before going on holiday. The man who works here said we couldn't fix it completely before the holiday and even offered to let me borrow a different phone to get me by. He charged less than the quoted price as it wasn't 100% fixed (which is so amazing and never happens anywhere else) and offered to try fully fix it once I'm back in Portsmouth. Never had such good service anywhere else before.

They deserve not just 5 stars but a million stars! I went to the store to get my husband's laptop screen fixed, and I was in a really tough situation. The owners of the store were incredibly helpful and saved the day by resolving my problem. They are truly honest and kind individuals, and their craftsmanship is exceptional. Both owners/staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in a time of need (where my phone screen was frozen).Due to having it replaced here before, they provide lifetime guarantee (if no cracks are on the screen) and replaced the screen immediately.They had the job done within 30 minutes and this really saved me a lot of stress!Thank you. Got my battery replaced for a really good price on an iPhone 11. This battery replacement solved many issues that I already had with the phone. The customer service was amazing as my sibling got a free of charge phone screen protector after paying for the services. Overall really good place with good service

Excellent, straight forward, and honest service. My Sony Experia unexpectedly turned itself off and would not switch back on. I went to iHelp Gadget Repairs and they diagnosed the issue (old battery needed replacing) and advised me accordingly. The battery was ordered, delivered, and replaced within a couple of days. Great service overall and i would not hesitate in going back for repairs.
