Helpful staff and easy to access what I needed. It’s always lovely when young people are treated fairly by staff instead of being patronised, especially in an environment where finances are discussed.

absolutely appalling service, not stated online that branch is closed when i have walked home and checked other branches all closed in Liverpool. Chat support was useless kept sending me same message when i said id be making a complaint the operator sent an emoji. I will be looking to transfer my services to another bank. Santander are incompetent to provide a service or even display information
