I had a leaking kitchen sink, problems with the loo flushing system and a dripping kitchen tap. All of these were fixed and the customer service by Jon and Andrew was excellent. I especially liked the way I was contacted immediately after the job to make sure I had no problems afterwards. Highly recommend Randle Plumbing and will use no one else in the future.

Jon visited us twice in 2 weeks, first to repair a fault with our hot water system, and secondly to do a service on our hybrid system. Both times the communication was first class, and I am now confident that the house won’t be the ice box it was last winter

We contacted Jon and asked him to service our Gas Fire because our regular (and local) plumber had stopped trading. We were delighted to find that Jon was local too. He was professional throughout, contacting us beforehand to liaise on dates and times and then afterwards too, to check that all had been carried out to our satisfaction.He arrived punctually, was very obliging and clearly knew his stuff. He worked hard, carrying out the service thoroughly and efficiently. He cleared up proficiently leaving no mess. His terms were extremely competitive too.Jon is a cheerful, friendly guy who did a first class job. We will certainly be using him again. We prefer to support local tradesmen where we can and it is a relief to add another good one to our list of contacts!

Came out promptly when we recently had a leak in the airing cupboard. At the same visit Andrew also replaced a tap in the kitchen and serviced our gas fire. We have used Andrew for our heating and plumbing for many years. He is reliable and we have been very satisfied with the service we've received.

I used Randle Plumbing on 2 occasions and very happy with the service provided. They installed our heating system just over 1 year ago (new boiler/radiators plus pipework for our newly built extension) and carried out the boiler service 12 months after. A great job done to install a new unvented hot water tank from request to all installed within 24hrs! Jon and his team put in a lot of extra effort and stayed till late to make sure that the job was all done within the same day. The installation incl all the pipework and new valves looks really professionally finished and looks like we now have a solid quality tank that will last years. The hot water and heating system went back up without a hiccup. Thanks Randle!

Recent boiler service was completed effectively and efficiently. Also resolved another small heating valve issue at the same time. Helpful discussions on this issue demonstrated knowledge and expertise. Arrived at the times agreed. Based on my experience, I would recommend to others. At time of review I had not received the bill, unable to comment on value, however no reason to suspect other than good value based on previous experience.

I highly recommend Randle Plumbing & Heating a first class service from my initial telephone call to completion of work , boiler service, new kitchen tap and leak on radiator. Jon very friendly and so helpful. First time I have needed a plumber since moving to Hinckley and I couldn’t have chosen better.

Andrew and John worked miracles on installing a new shower room for us earlier this year and have seen a couple of difficult jobs through with brute determination and success. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Well well well finely found the right guy his name is Jon & is a star, trouble free& hassle free.Jon is a very clever Engineer he knows what he's doing also prompt service & reasonable price.i never met any engineer like Jon.Jon is a very calm person down to the ground. Jon sorted my boiler out with in 2 hrs & the nicest thing is he will talk to you what he is going to do.the last thing I'm saying that I'll never call any one except Jon.ill give 10 out of 10 simple as that,God him & his family
