I have just bought my first Hyundai, a brand I have long been considering, from Hutchings in Bridgend, where the service I received from Paul Dare was first class. Firstly, he quickly grasped what I need from a car and identified one that fitted perfectly with those requirements and my budget. My choice involved a leap into the era of pure electric and, naturally, I had many questions and reservations. Paul listened and responded to these in a practical, friendly and responsive way. There was absolutely no pressure.I am also pleased to find in Hutchings a dealership for quality cars near to the town centre - such a change from the many other main dealers located in remote and difficult to get-to places - this is so important when it comes to servicing.

I had originally contacted a few dealerships as I knew what car I wanted but I wanted to do business with a company that valued me as a customer and unfortunately that wasn’t the case in a few places . However Lee and the team at Hyundai Bridgend were professional and helpful from start to finish. Lee was patient and took time to explain the options available . I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Very helpful, friendly staff with good knowledge of their products. Good selection of high quality vehicles to test drive. A little bit cramped for visitors parking due to untidy and hap hazard parking by police service centre next door. Paul was particularly helpful and easy to deal with on our new car purchase.

Recently purchased a used i10 in immaculate condition.Having just had apauling customer service from another used car garage, buying from Hutchings Bridgend was like a breath of fresh air. I called in close to closing time just to have a look. Paul was friendly and helpful and probably stayed late to accommodate me. I went home with all the figures to look at and think about. There was no pressure from Paul. I reserved the car online and then was able to do the whole transaction via email. Paul kept me in touch at every point. A happy car purchase, I'm delighted with my new car. Many thanks.

Would say my experience has been average at this dealership over the years.When I purchased a car, I felt the sales executive was in a rush, offering an info-blast, instead of having a two-way conversation.When I have had vehicles serviced, I have not found the receptionist to speak in a clear structured manner.While I like the Hyundai, and could not wish for a better car, I have found other dealers to offer better service.

He has been such a great help from start to finish and made sure my Hyundia i20 was perfect for collection! Matt also was a great help when Paul wasn't available to answer my questions.
