Dan takes time to understand the issue and completes a thorough assessment, my daughter's netball related ankle injury was resolved through a mixture of excercises in the attached gym, making sure she knew what was needed and gentle massage. Contacted Dan in November as I had worsening pain in my shoulder / neck and pins & needles in my right hand. An MRI confirmed I had a prolapsed disc in my neck but Dan's treatment, exercises and general support helped me to recover from the excruciating pain as well as avoiding surgery! Would totally recommend :-)

Dan is an excellent physio who offers outstanding advice and guidance for a variety of issues. I had issues with my lower back and hips and he came up with a tailored plan that hones into the specific issues and helps correct these. I would highly recommend his services.

Professional and effective physiotherapy and sports massage. Dan identified the problem with my ankle and successfully treated it using physio. His sports massage helps me stay on top of muscle tension and knots in my back, shoulders and neck. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

When I first came to dan my shoulder was causing me a lot of pain at work which also meant that I couldn’t train properly. After 5 physio sessions / sports massages my shoulders almost back to wear it was before I injured it. I’m very happy with the progress that I’ve made and the service Dan has gives. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs physio / massages.

I first received treatment from Dan in October 2021 after marathon training was giving me some knee pain. He gave some great advice at very short notice and got me through the event! Following the marathon, Dan’s physio over zoom has been really helpful and Got me back running pain free. He’s always been incredibly professional and quick to respond to any questions and queries I’ve had. Highly recommend him and Pure Performance!
