New Sash Windows:Bhakta Builders removed old aluminium sash window that were 30 years old and replaced them with new bespoke wood sash windows in a bedroom and bathroom.They were excellent, and did a very high quality job. We had other quotes that were cheaper but George (the business owner) and his team were by far better value overall. The windows were beautifully crafted and finished, and the sash mechanisms very smooth with high quality brass fittings. His team are very skilled, work to high standards, and were very hard working. The windows were very well fitted and installed. George was very clear about what we could expect particularly working on a 100 year old Edwardian House and needing to cut in to bathroom tiles, alerting us to potential problems in advance, and promptly attended to and resolved our concerns. The results were great and I would highly recommend Bhakta Builders.

George and his team work hard for you. He works hard for his people as well and it shows in the work that they do. The company cares about more than just getting the work done, but rather in how the work is done.Things did not always go according to plan but a quick, open, chat with George would resolve the matter quickly. They are not afraid to admit a mistake and to resolve it. More than that, they often go above and beyond what was asked. For example, they installed a bath under our shower free of charge as a present to our new baby.The only real negative was that the cost of the materials wasn't clear at the start and it was more than I had anticipated. If you can define this up front so you can have a full picture and you're happy with the price then you should hire them.I have had a few builders on various houses over the years and George and his team have definitely been a greate builder. Bhakta Builders oversaw the installation of 2 non-standard size double glazed windows, interior decorations and painting as well as building of a new shelf unit. Their workmanship is great, and the results are amazing. Customer service and budget management are exemplary and I felt in very good hands.

Bhakta did a brilliant job on our bathrooms. They showed excellent attention to detail and consulted with us on all the minor things that I wouldn’t have thought to consider but they wanted to get right. They were also committed to seeing the job through to completion, including snagging, to deliver a perfect finish.

We needed to have the wall at the front of our property rebuilt after a bad experience with a previous builder left us with our wall demolished and no wall between our property and the pavement.Bhakta Builders were willing to help quickly, and we asked them to build a brick wall topped with our original coping stones, which they agreed to clean, fill and paint. The work was done professionally and we are very happy with the completed work. There was no overrun on the budget, and the price was reasonable. The pavement was always left clean and tidy after each working day.George and his team were polite, helpful and professional. We have always been kept fully informed, as well as regularly consulted as to whether the work is proceeding satisfactorily.

We had a very positive experience with Bhakta Builders (management and on-site builders) from the initial consultation through to the snagging at the end of the job. George and his team are a lovely bunch of guys. Friendly, generous with their time, hardworking and trustworthy. George was always there for us to ask questions and was great at finding affordable solutions to the inevitable unforeseen issues with Victorian properties!They did a great job at our flat - we had a new kitchen, bathroom and full rewire. George, Vlad and the team from Bhakta Builders were brilliant when we were renovating our Victorian London home. They always gave great advice, and the work they completed was to a high standard and to the agreed budget set at the beginning. THE VERY BEST - high standards, reliable, completed project on time - genuinely good peopleWe fully renovated our flat in Kensington from October 21' to February 22'. Bhakta did an spectacular job, in an incredibly tight timeframe of only 5 months. Both Vlad and George were extremely dedicated, and we really weren't the easiest clients. Our flat is on the 3rd floor of the building, we were particularly picky about all finishes and we often changed our minds throughout the project about all sorts of elements (e.g. layout of the bathroom) - a nightmare for any project manager. An excellent and thorough all-round builder - George and his hard working team undertook high quality exterior and roof work on our Victorian house. His team were unfailingly tidy and polite and we were kept constantly informed of progress and of any unexpected additions to the schedule and of unforeseen costs. We have used Bhakta on quite a few occasions over the last 12 years and would recommend them highly for any job.
