Domino's Pizza - Bolton - Central

HorribleFound hair in pizza and tried to call but no reply

Ordered delivery from Bolton clearly put notes on the order to locate the house, I also advised if lost ring and i would stand at the door with my light on my phone as it was dark. Driver drove straight past left my food going cold for 20 mins . I then rang dominoes who was advising him which way to go so I walked out and met him. He then arrives and says the restaurant didn’t give him a contact number . I’ve paid for delivery and delivered my own and food was cold. I’m not touching this dominoes again.

Rude female staff member on phone, avoid

Didn’t delivery all what I ordered I clearly stated in comments to phone me and not enter the pub where I work as didn’t want walking through pub and he did and didn’t understand a word of English at all told him missing items and just said no problem I said no I’m missing a pizza where is it he then went to walk off had to shout at him to make him listen waste of time read comments it’s what the comments are there for and he even showed me the ticket and guess what it said do not enter pub! Waste of time and suppose to be sending me the missing item not wasting my time with them again

I ordered pizza few times and its always spotless,service was brilliant as always.

Rang to ask if they do NHS discount as was told 50% off, did not inform me that this was on pizzas only and not sides. Ordered over the phone, 1 medium pizza, 1 gluten free pizza and 1 chick n mix box. Arrived to collect, lady brought order over and I noticed there were 4 boxes, I informed her I'd only ordered 3 items and was told the chick n mix was split into 2 boxes. Came to pay and was told it was £33. I queried this and asked if the NHS discount had been applied and was told it had and that sides wernt included. I said it still seems a higher bill than expected for the 3 items but was reassured it was correct, but was not provided with a receipt. Took the order to the car and checked the prices on their website and I had been overcharged my £9. I went back into the shop to discuss this with the front desk and was then given a receipt which showed I had been charged and given 2 chick n mix boxes, even though I queried this on entering the shop. I asked for a refund for the extra chick n mix box, and gave them the item back to be told her would generate this on a system. He apparently wasn't able to do it there and then, which isn't something I've experienced before, so I asked him if I could have that in writing and was given an I owe you with his name on. Whilst in the shop another lady spoke to him in a different language about me, which was very rude and intimidating. Very poor experience and won't be returning again.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.Ordered from this store for collection, when getting home I realised the pizza was made incorrectly. I rang and I was greeted by a rude employee that couldn’t do anything to rectify their mistake. Very unprofessional.

Went here tonight for food and will never be back, rude and unhelpful staff. The person I can only assume was a manager or supervisor was the worst. The free dirty looks with the pizza weren't really the topping I wanted
