Simon’s communication was excellent, he responded to my initial enquiry quickly and I knew exactly what to expect. His communication remained responsive throughout. He was able to visit quickly and measure up, discuss options for my floor for other work to be completed which was such a relief. He arrived on time with a positive attitude to the job, which being a small bathroom is fiddly and awkward. He was solution focused when we realised the flooring I had ordered was damaged and he solved the problem, making me feel reassured by his professionalism and care, the finish is beautiful, considering it’s a patterned floor and the item was damaged (from the supplier I chose) he lined it up perfectly. He was affordable and the quality of his work is very high. I’ve already asked him to help with two other rooms in my flat and I would recommend him 100 percent
