Phoenix Pet Cremations

Oh my goodness, what angels they are at phoenix. The staff were just incredible with us and our baby boy, Harrison when we brought him in after euthanasia. I felt such support an empathy from them the second I arrived. They treated my boy with the utmost respect and love and spoke to him :) they helped make the worst day of my life more bearable and I am so thankful for that. Don't give it a second thought if you're looking for a pet crematorium. This is the place to go :)

We didn’t know what to expect when we took our beloved cat to Phoenix but it was a very beautiful and peaceful setting and everyone was so kind and caring. We said our last goodbyes in privacy in one of their specially designed Remembrance Rooms and were able to take him home with us the same day. We really appreciated the special little touches like the card poem and candle and we really felt their empathy. Thank you so much Phoenix.

I can’t recommend them more, they were wonderful. My Dad took Buddha Cheese the day she passed, he dealt with a woman, and we collected her 4 days later. The gentleman, I didn’t catch his name, was telling me how lovely and pretty colour wise Buddha Cheese was. Thank you for making such a sad time, a little softer and simple.

I contacted Phoenix pet cremations on Monday after my lovely boy died on Saturday and was kept at the vets. They were so empathetic and understanding, I managed to get an appointment same day to take Jimmy there. The whole process was very soothing and I found helped with closure. It was very nice to be able to say goodbye to my best friend in a dignified way and a lovely place. I felt reassured leaving him there. I was able to collect the ashes the very next day, along with a beautiful clay paw print from Jimmy. On collection the staff were extremely empathetic. I really appreciate the personal touches added by phoenix pet cremations upon collection, like the cards with lovely words and a candle. Thank you for helping me through the loss of my Jimmy.

Absolutely Fantastic. Harry came out to us late last month after I tragically lost my horse. He was the kindest and most compassionate person. I couldn't have wished for anyone better to come collect Homer. I was told by friends that the whole situation with collecting horses can be very traumatic due to thier size but Harry was incredible, he was so dignified and gentle with Homer. It was the perfect way for him to be collected. We were then able to collect the ashes a few days later, again it was all done in the most dignified and respectful manner. We were able to take as much time as possible in the private room with the ashes before we brought him home. I just can't recommend them enough. They made a tragic time so much easier to deal with.

We just wanted to say thank you so much to Billy & the lady who answers the phone at Phoenix crematorium.The service and kindness of them made us feel we made the perfect choice to have our beloved Vinnie cremated there.Such an emotional time for us but you made us feel you cared for him and made an incredibly tough day more bearable.We could not recommend them enough.Thank you xxxxx

Last week we had to made the hardest decision to let our beautiful boy Murphy go, the time was right. Phoenix helped us in such a kind, compassionate and professional way and we cannot thank them enough. David who collected our precious boy is the most kindest man and we are so grateful for his considerate care. Our boy is now back with us and the engraving on his casket is absolutely stunning. Thank you all at Phoenix from the bottom of our broken hearts xx

Contacted Phoenix on Friday after my Guinea Pig Twix passed away in the Thursday. He was promptly collected from the vets surgery he was in, and we arranged the cremation for the following Tuesday.During the visit on Tuesday, there had unfortunately been a bad miscommunication whereby we were not given time with Twix, and were taken in for an attended cremation. We saw him there for a few moments before having to witness his cremation. This was an extremely traumatic and upsetting situation to see this happen, and I would strongly deter anyone from booking this without full understanding of what occurs during this time, as it has left me with a severe amount of trauma. Having contacted them since, I spoke with Harry who was a fantastic professional representative of the company, and couldn’t apologise enough for the mistakes made. He understood that we had been stripped of precious time with our Twix, and that we could never get that back, nor get over the horrendous experience we went though at the cremation chamber. He explained this was more for a religious pet owner whom needed to witness a cremation due to their beliefs, and was not a typical ‘goodbye’ that people ask for. He agreed we should’ve been booked into the Remembrance Room for a viewing instead. He kindly refunded the attended cremation costs, amongst other things that went wrong for us. He was extremely polite and helpful, and I couldn’t fault his service to us as an individual, and the way he handled the situation. He assured me that the female I’d spoken to when booking would be retrained and everything that had gone badly wrong would be discussed with her.We were given Twix’s ashes in a lovely bluebell scatter tube, along with a certificate of cremation, and a candle. We’ve since set up a memorial area for him in our home with this, and it’s lovely to have him back home with us.Overall, despite the bad experience, I would recommend them for their services, because they are all incredibly professional people, and the cremation team were only acting on the wrong information the receptionist gave them.I feel reassured this will be handled internally, and if we are ever needing them again, I feel confident this won’t happen. Thank you for treating Twix with dignity and respect, and for resolving this error as best you could.

We lost Bill the bunny on Sunday. My first pet death. He was 8.5 years old and so loved. My heart has been broken losing him. Phoenix were so professional throughout. We spoke in text, they were understanding and helpful. Both the guy who collected Billy, and also the guy who brought back the ashes, both were ever so gentle and sensitive with my daughter and I. Money doesn’t really come into it but it was a nice surprise to learn prices were very reasonable for such a dignified service.

We unfortunately lost our lovely bunny rabbit Larry on Sunday. We were told about Phoenix and now couldn't recommend enough. All staff were lovely and respectful throughout the process. We were able to go through different options for his urn and was able to collect him the same day (about 2 hours later) so he is now safe and sound at home. Thank you Phoenix for helping us through this difficult time and treating our lovely Larry with respect.
