Was mid-ride and found that my jockey wheels were completely shot. Showed up at Adrian's and half an hour later I had two new jockey wheels, freshly indexed gears and an incredibly reasonable bill. Great conversation, great job, great price. Huge fan!

Only popped in to have a browse (and bought some grips) but wanted to leave a review as it’s always great to find a really good LBS with friendly, knowledgeable people that are happy to talk bikes!! Highly recommend and wish I lived a little closer - although it would probably cost me far too much if I did!!

Fantastic bike shop for accessories and repairs. We are so lucky to have this shop in FreshwaterI went in for a puncture repair and luckily for me Adrian checked and adjusted my brakes which i did not realise were so poor, so saved me from.potentially having an accident. Knowledgeable team and great prices, visit asap.

My wife and I are 33 countries and 29,000km into our world tour, with only the final sprint back to Scotland outstanding. I spoke to Carla over the phone at 11 am this morning, and by 2:45 pm, I was sitting on the return bus journey to East Cowes; after Adrian diagnosed and fixed a problem with my front dyno-hub in less time than it took me to drink a coffee. Amazingly friendly, outstandingly helpful, and 100% recommended.

Excellent experience yesterday (Wed) - I broke my chain in the area & googled / rang them on the off-chance they could help. I was collected in a van 10 mins later, taken to the shop & all was fixed and I was on my way within 15 mins. Wow. I couldn’t have been more impressed ! Thanks so much. These guys (& gal) rock !

Called in on spec to check out a problem with the rear disc brake on my Boardman electric. Adrian dealt with the issue immediately and wouldn’t take any payment. What more can anyone ask for?
