Couldn't fault Chloe in the slightest throughout the entire process. Always available even when I would randomly drop into the showroom, give her calls throughout the day etc, I always knew I'd either get an answer or a call back.Pricing was beyond competitive without losing the quality you would expect when looking at a new bathroom. Product selection was brilliant and the software they have available means you can plan and see it in real time before you pay for anything.Would highly recommend to anyone to take a look at Plumb Factory before going to your mainstream options. Sometimes local companies don't rip you off - these guys definitely don't.

Very quick responses to queries and order changes. From the beginning, we felt no pressure from upselling and we're so happy with our finished bathroom.

We were recommended to visit here through a friend and we were so glad we did. The showroom has some great ideas and there are no pushy sales tactics. We got to meet Chloe the Showroom Manager and she gave us a few ideas. I ended up emailing her lots of questions, each time she was quick to respond with no pressure at all to buy.
