Middletons Mobility Coventry

We received excellent service when we purchased a new mobility scooter. We were expertly assisted by Nathan at the Coventry branch. He was lovely to our father and treated him with great respect, showing him how to get the most out of the scooter. The advice was perfect enabling us to chose the most suitable product. We all felt comfortable and happy with the whole process. Our grateful thanks to Nathan.

Knowlegable staff who do not put pressure on you to buy. If you do purchase something they are happy to be there for you if you encounter problems, which is something most places wouldn't offer, insurance and warranty explained and put in place with no hassle, and the insurance company were very helpful on changing start date to collection date. A very pleasant encounter for anyone with a disability who has never had to buy this equipment before.

Fantastic service in store from Nathan and Jon. Very patient with my mother who was looking for a new riser chair. I cannot thank them enough for how they looked after us while in store. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs a riser recliner, adjustable bed or scooter as the service given is second to none

Can't fault them. Our salesman was Jon and we went to the Coventry shop to purchase two folding mobility scooters. Jon was extremely cheerful, welcoming, acommodating right from the start.Not once did we feel as if we were being pressured, he was very patient and allowed us as much time as we needed before deciding on a purchase. He is an excellent salesman not a bit pushy like some salesman and we would have no hesitation in recommending Middletons to anybody. First class service.

Very fast to take your money and deliver on time, but when it comes to repairs, well I've been waiting 10 weeks for my mobility scooter to have a part replaced. When I call head office they lie to me making various excuses as to why the part has not arrived. I even got told that I must pay £550 and to claim the money back off my insurance,, but when I contacted my insurance company they stated that this is certainly not how it works. Middletons are to do the work and claim back from my insurance. My insurance company (Mark Bates) stated they they have also tried on numerous occasions to contact Middletons mobility but with no luck. I'm at the end of my tether with Middletons and my personnel experience is to advise potential customers to go elsewhere to avoid the stress I'm encountering since 6th June 2022 and still now. I've even written a registered mail to the 2 CEOs of Middletons and been completely ignored. If I could have put O star then believe me I would.

World class service from Jon!Took my grandad into the store where Jon went above and beyond! Nothing was to much. After three months, three visits and many phone calls, I finally got an intermittent console fault on my scooter fixed today.I had noticed that the repair was being undertaken not by Middleon’s themselves but by another company they use for deliveries, and I had pointed out to Middleton’s that these people were giving them a bad name.I also pointed out that in the summer I would be upgrading my scooter, and that it would be doubtful given the service I had received that I would be coming to Middleton’s for it.Anyone you employ to act on your behalf is wearing your brand, and its a pity when they put you in such bad odour.
