Absolute rip-off, scam artists...we needed a lamp cord shortened by 1 metre, and they falsely told us it required full re-wiring , and charged us £95. Rude and confrontational on the phone. Awful attitude by the woman who I spoke to.....AND YES, THEY DO DISHONESTLY OVERCHARGE, I'M NOT IGNORANT....to the lady suggesting that there was a misunderstanding.

We have used this shop for years as we are property developers. We have always had excellent service and they are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great range of high quality lighting that you don't see in other shops. I can't believe the review saying they are rip-off artists, they definitely aren't as they rely on repeat business. It must have been a misunderstanding.

You don't get (and keep) a Royal Warrant easily. This shop is a one off. Accept the fact that this is not a pile them high and sell them cheap" operation and then enjoy the great service and infinite choice (they will make anything you want).This is the sort of shop that cannot be replicated online. Well worth a special visit."
