Sent in a few of my watches for repairs, battery replacements and links changes. The staff member called Charlie or “Chappy” was extremely professional, very pleasant and polite. He was very helpful in informing me of the costs associated with my stuff and even dropped me a courtesy call to let me know when my stuff was ready for collection. Highly recommend, thanks again Charlie!!

Shut on a Saturday lunchtime. Turn up and he's just putting the shutters down. Give him the benefit of the doubt and busy myself elsewhere in the shopping centre and go back 20 minutes later.... Still shut.

I went to change my car batteries and the man put wrong batteries in my keys, I went to double check with him he did something but still keys didn't function. He said there was something wrong with coding etc ... I called Audi and they believed that the keys are fine and that there is battery problem. I went elsewhere to get my key batteries changed and the person said the same thing that they put wrong batteries. Timpson didn't even offer an refund at all and I paid £29 for both of keys... I got it done from Leagrave for £10 and its working perfectly fine. Never coming here again!

It was closed during opening hours. There was no signage when staff would return. Mall security said they were closed because the staff member was on his own and went on a cigarette break. (?) When I went for the 2nd time he was not on his own and was rudely joking with his colleague. Very unprofessional, especially while serving a female customer. To top it off he said he could not help, even though I had the same repair carried out in one of the other Timpson branches before. Absolutely useless. I honestly do not know how some people keep their jobs. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would give 0.

Got my car key fixed it was done perfectly, Isaac and Mark made me feel so comfortable and they’re so nice would definitely come back and I definitely highly recommend

This was the only place I could get a copy of my paxton fob. Pretty expensive though, but they had it. Every other key shop said they didn't have it.Reduced one star, because the guy manning the shop wasn't available, and had temporarily closed the shop during the day. Had to wait for a while.
