Chris came and did a deep clean and sealing of our Amtico flooring on 1st March 2023.He was extremely prompt in dealing with our request, very pleasant to work with, very efficient and did an excellent job. Just over a week before Christmas we had a burst pipe and the downstairs had some flooding. I called Chris at Powerdean and, although it was his day off, he came over within an hour to remove the excess water from the carpet in the living room and set up a dryer pod to get the underlay and carpet dry. He then came back a week later once the floor was dry (and had been refitted) to deep clean the carpet, and our sofa. Chris was very professional, informative and hard working. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone

Turned up early and completed a very professional service quickly and efficiently. Impact was very noticeable, in cleaning all carpets throughout the house, well within estimated time. Chris has cleaned a large sofa, armchair and Turkish carpet for me. Subsequently he has treated new carpets in the hall, stairs and bedrooms to make them stain resistant. At all times he has been friendly and courteous, worked hard, done a very professional and effective job and left my home looking and feeling much better than before. Chris totally transformed my Fired Earth, terracotta, kitchen floor tiles that had become dull and impossible to keep clean. They are now back to the original condition they were thirty years ago when they were first laid. Chris is polite, knowledgeable and very reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Chris was responsive, worked with me and the constraints I had, arrived on time, as expected, was professional, friendly, gave good advice and I'd highly recommend if anyone needs their floor cleaned and sealed. Mine is amtico and looks as good as new and I have 3 large dogs and it hadn't been professional touched since installed 5 years ago.

I booked in Chris from Powerdean based on the reviews the company has since I'd bought a new house with stone and porcelain floors with cracks and holes and I'm very pleased we did. Even the assessment visit was valuable as Chris was happy to share advise on what we could do on the least needy floor for ourselves. The results from our kitchen were transformative and it now looks bright and fresh and we have confidence that it is properly sealed and spillages won't seep into the stone. Chris was prompt, efficient and very professional and we look forward to continuing to use his services to maintain the floors.
