Extremely helpful! Left my laptop charger at work, a universal one or nothing on the shelf would fit, but the extremely helpful man managed to find one and adapted it for me. Saved me a 2 hour round trip. Customer services at its best!!

Since my first visit to this local computer shop, i have been back numerous times. Usually I have a lot of software issues to do with work and the guys at Gatley Computers give me trusted ongoing support. Also did a great job recovering my data from a hard drive that stopped working. Great guys and quality service!

James the young man who was very competent has left. The current owner 'cleaned' my computer but it wasn't much better, nor had he fixed the main problem ( with Skype). Money wasted. I took elsewhere and they found he hadn't even put the screws back. . AVOID !

I've used these guys twice now. Once for a cracked laptop screen and today for my work PC needing a repair. The service is fantastic!The guys are friendly and knowledgeable and on both occasions my computers have been fixed within a couple of hours.Cheap and efficient I will certainly use Gatley Computers again and again

Superfast and great value ... fixed our iphone screen that was badly smashed and now its like brand new - 100% recommended - just popped in the shop in Gatley near the chippy ... and it was done that afternoon !

Gets his mates to post fake positive feedback whereas the fact is this person gives very very bad service! I shall never use him again and i will be reporting him to trading standards,he messes up your equipment and then blames it on other pc shops! He never accepts he served you and always says he does not have you on his service record!, and comes out with the same old lies,i came from withington to this shop and what a mistake i did!, if you value your equipment DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE.

Excellent service. Alan repaired the back glass of my phone in a very short time and at a fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Also, Alan has just repaired my laptop keyboard which had been damaged, first class service and quality repair.

Had a big problem with my PC (A corrupted file that I couldn't remove, which was blocking other programmes) so took it to James at Gatley Computers. Within 24 hours computer is back home, totally cleaned up and corrupted files removed. Great service indeed, and would recommend this company to anyone.
