Laura has a warm friendly approach. The class is supportive and this weekly class brings calmness to my week. Each week she considers the needs of the class and changes moves accordingly. The following day after my practice I never ache, all moves strengthen but not injury my body. With these sessions I now have flexibility and inner strength allowing me to get through the rest of my week.

Laura's yoga classes are always friendly and welcoming. I learn so much at each class and my yoga has improved considerably. I appreciate the time that Laura takes to adjust my positions so I can learn how to improve my own practice.

Laura's classes are excellent. She puts a lot of effort into her preparation so the classes are really varied. There is always a specific focus for each session which Laura begins by explaining. There are always options for different abilities so everyone is suitably challenged yet nobody feels inadequate. The atmosphere is very friendly. Laura is very well qualified and knowledgeable and is a teacher one feels very comfortable with. Highly recommend.
