My photo doesn’t do the cake justice. Four layers of Galaxy chocolate sponge cake with chocolate chunks throughout, separated by a chocolate buttercream filling and covered with a chocolate ganache with sugar crystals and topped with Galaxy buttons. Exactly what the birthday boy asked for. The cake was deliciously moist and not too sweet. Thumbs up from everyone.Julie is my go to baker from now on!!
