Brilliant place....I only go for the swimming. Salt (very lightly) water pool so no nasty chlorine. Is small but has everything a gym needs including sauna. Staff friendly and professional.

I joined a little over a week ago and was really pleased at the friendliness of the welcome and immediate assistance at getting associated with the equipment. There is a great range of facilities, including a pool and even classes included in the membership, although I have yet to try them.

Fantastic gym, if you're looking to get fit in a relaxed friendly environment then this is the place for you. Will is an amazing personal trainer with a fantastic team!! The prices are really reasonable for PT with packages to suit all!!
