Excellent service throughout. David was really helpful..comes to the house with lots of samples..shows you different ranges and budgets to suit . His fitter was great, very polite and professional and did a great job. It's great to support local business and we would definitely recommend them.

Date of fitting: 26/09/2023 - The entire process was seamless, pillar to post. David was very professional and genuinely cares about his business. His estimating was accurate and we were in no way pressure-sold and went for the range(s) that we were happiest with. Great value for money and all lead times and personal requests were met. The fitter (Chris) was excellent also, took his time; and the results showed (see images) I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Downham Flooring and Furnishings to anybody - Thank you guys :)

Fabulous service from David and his team, we had our whole upstairs re carpeted and are delighted with the finished result! David came and surveyed our property and once we agreed the quote he booked us in for the following week to have it all fitted, so happy with how quick the work was booked in and completed to a great standard. Very happy, thank you!!

Great job , had all stairs and bedrooms carpeted, with lounge and hallway a top grade vinyl.David was first rate in keeping us informed of deliveries and start date and the whole process was completed in a week , from quote to laying.The best recommendation is that my wife loves it all.Chris the fitter and his mate Harry, what can I say; punctual, professional and clear up as they went.This is the place to go.

Highly recommend David and his team, had him in recently to price up a Goliath wood effect laminate for our hallway and utility. David booked us in and a couple weeks later Chris his fitter arrived at arranged time, did a great job and was super friendly and considerate. Very pleased with the quality and feel of the new laminate.
