The glass on my wing mirror decided to fall off and shatter into pieces today. Common problem with VW Golfs I just found out!! First time replacing a wing mirror glass with absolutely no knowledge at all as to what I'm doing or where to start. Began by contacting Phoenix Wing Mirrors and spoke to a very pleasant & polite chap called Luke. He began by identifying exactly what make , the year & exact model of the vehicle I had to ensure he had the correct part available. He then instructed and guided me through the entire process of removing the current backing plate of the wing mirror safely to ensure I was not damaging or had already damaged the part also to ensure that I was only ordering exactly what I needed. Many companies out there just try and sell you additional to what you need to make more money... NOT this company!! Guided me through the entire ordering process, once ordered sent me a personal message with confirmation action or order & expected delivery date. Luke also advised that once I had received the mirror that I was more than welcome to call him back so that he could guide me through the process of fitting the new unit. Very very kind, polite, helpful & professional service from both Luke & Lauren!! Anybody needing wing mirrors with a fantastic service I strongly advise this company!! To a novist like myself Luke & Lauren both put me at ease and gave me peace of mind that I had ordered the correct item needed with a fantastic service!!

Hi Luke, I installed your 109mm convex mirror on the 'Cromodora' door mirror I fitted to my 1969 MGC GT (3 litre) a few years ago. They were only supplied with flat glass & the blind spot created was unnerving to say the least when changing lanes at speed on motorways! That issue has been resolved now. I didn't use the adhesive pad supplied I used some of my own ultra thin weatherproof double sided tape to fix the mirror over the existing one. Hat's off for the fast delivery time, damage proof packaging & comprehensive instructions supplied. Having found great difficulty in sourcing a specific mirror in Australia I eventually found Phoenix Wing Mirrors were able to supply an exact replacement for what I required. After an initial glitch with their website, relating to ordering from overseas, had been remedied (which was done in an extremely efficiently manner as a result of an an e-mail to them and this to me is a sign of a very efficient and professional company) I was able to easily place the order. Due to the none standard nature of the mirror I was ordering I was immediately impressed by a follow up e-mail from them to ensure I had not made a mistake. The order was then efficiently made up and dispatched. Overall good quality product, extremely good service and one happy customer.

Fantastic service and product. Provided replacement instrument glass for 3 compasses. All fixed and looking fantastic. Even had to return a bit of glass due to my inept measuring and it was no trouble for the team at Phoenix.

I recently had to get hold of a wing morror glass in a hurry. I contacted Phoenix Wing Mirrors via email. I received an immediate response and after a few emails they were able to identify the correct glass within a few hours when it was dispatched and arrived at my door within 24 hrs from initial contact.
