Mike Shelton Worcester Oil Boiler Repair & Service
Mike sorted out my boiler twelve months ago after a number of years of persistent problems that no other engineer seemed able to fix. The boiler has worked perfectly since his visit and Mike has now given it an annual service. He is very knowledgeable and explains exactly how the boiler operates and what is needed to ensure it runs efficiently. He gives a thorough service. Well worth the money.

Mike has been looking after my boilers for years. I particularly like the fact that he genuinely enjoys what he does and consequently he does it very well indeed. He works quickly and cleanly, all the while explaining what he’s doing and why. He loves the process of problem solving. When my boiler was completely filled with washing machine water, caused by a frozen pipe, he calmly assessed the situation, took components apart and dried them and in the end restored the boiler to perfect working order. He didn’t just replace the major parts and present me with a big bill. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Mike was simply fantastic. He came out at short notice and fixed all issues we had with our oil boiler. He has a wealth of experience and took time to explain what he was doing. What a fantastic person - Mike took the time to help me and talk me through what I needed to do in order to resolve my issue over the phone. It was a simple repair but has made a huge difference to me and my family as living without hot water isn't very nice. I was able to resolve the simple issue myself with Mikes help. I contacted Mike after being let down by another local tank service company. Mike did a very thorough job and explained what issues we had with the boiler. He was able to fit the correct parts, service the boiler and get us back up and running in quick time. I would highly recommend Mike.

I called Mike when the boiler packed up on New Years Eve. When I spoke to Mike he asked really good questions about the boiler and what lights were on/off and the circumstances of it not working. He was able to come out the same day (within 2 hours) which was a miracle given the day of the year!He was professional and efficient, he fixed the boiler in an hour or so and provided an overview of what the problem was and how he had fixed it, which was really useful to understand.He was fantastic and I'll definitely use him for years boiler services and any work in future. I would 100% recommend Mike

I contacted Mike after being let down by another firm who had quoted over a £1000 to repair an oil burner problem that we inherited when we moved house. Mike responded to my initial email contact quickly and although unable to do an onsite repair that day, offered me some great pointers on what to look at over the phone. I swapped the capacitor (£30) and happily the burner fired up successfully. Will certainly be looking to use Mike's experience and skills to service the boiler in future. Highly recommended.
