Jav and his team were world class with me. I use PSTT for a challenge whereby I ran numerous marathons on consecutive days and every day after the run I would go to see Jav and he would make it feesble for me to be able to get the best out of myself the next day, always knowing which are of the body to work to get me to as close to 100% as possible.I continue to use Jav weekly now to keep me in check!

After being to previous physios following upper back pain due to my job at a desk and sitting through completing beauty treatments and having rubbish results meeting Javid has changed everything.My pain after just 4 sessions has changed drastically and with him being so thorough and educating me along the way of exercises and stretches to complete has made a huge differenceI would recommend Javid to anyone and look forward to my continued sessions.

After suffering from sharp neck and shoulder pains, I underwent a series of different procedures including massages, dry needling and exercises. The treatment was successful and I felt relief from the first appointment. Not only did I feel pain free, but the greater underlying issues were addressed and my general posture and mobility was improved greatly through the recommended exercises which were simple but effective.

I've seen Javid as I had chronic lower back pain for years.We have been through an assessment where we have been able to identify the main issue. I have to admit that it was a diagnosis that I had never received from my previous physios.Javid took the time to show me the appropriate exercises and patiently replied to all of my questions throughout all the sessions, which is equally pleasant and helpful.Today, I feel much better and have a good understanding to prevent any issues.
