Absolutely loved the group course we did with Becky. Hadn’t heard much about hypnobirthing or what it was about but took the leap and booked onto the day with my partner. It was brilliant, Becky was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable, we got to open up about our thoughts to birth and what we were nervous about. It was safe to say when I went into labour I had no time to think or get any pain relief as I was moving along so quickly everything I learnt in Becky class came into play and we had a fantastic and positive birthing experience and the course 100% aided towards this, highly recommend. Becks did an in person hypnobirthing course at our house for myself, my partner and my mum. She was super lovely, delivered it in a really accessible way and brought delicious snacks!We'd already done quite a lot of learning ourselves in advance but this course was really helpful in bringing us all together on the same page, motivating us to practice daily together and gave us resources to get started in our practice.Hypnobirthing was invaluable in our birth experience, and having clued up and engaged birth partners was an essential part of our positive experience.

Excellent. Can’t recommend enough. This is a great gift idea for a couple who are expecting. Someone gifted it for us, as my husband was a little unsure and we weren’t too sure what to expect and now it’s our top recommendation. Lovely, warm and friendly environment, we immediately felt relaxed and loved learning so many practical tips that empowered and prepared us both for bringing our little girl into the world.
