I started working for Radfield when it first came to Stamford in October 2019, from the very beginning there ethos of family values and care where very evident from the intense training to the care they showed each other.Our clients are our extended family, we will do whatever is possible to make things easier, and we will always go the extra mile whether it be taking home baked meals and cakes, setting hair, hunting down groceries that we can’t find. I joined Radfield in February this year as a care assistant and I am happy to say it was the best move I ever made... I have been a Carer for 8 years now , working for one company for almost 7 years until the owner retired and sold the business to another company , but sadly that company didn’t have the same high values as I did and due to a personal bereavement I decided to change my role as a Carer in the community to one of a live in Carer which took me away from home but after a while it didn’t suit me so came back to a different care company in Stamford but again I wasn’t satisfied but that is when a leaflet about Radfield came into my life... I rang the number and spoke to James and straight away I felt at home... he invited me for an interview and that led to an offer of a position with this wonderful new and growing company and I have never looked back ! Radfield care at home have all the values of a care company that I strive to achieveWe are a very strong close team who all give excellent care to our wonderful clients Who have recently given us such good reviews that earned us a top 20 award Of which I am incredibly proud...I can highly recommend Radfield care at home as the best care company to work for as well as highly recommend it to anyone wanting care at home ... we are simply the best ...

Really great business run by lovely people.

I am a previous employee of Radfield, unfortunately I had to leave and relocate to Cornwall die to my husband! It was a difficult move as I finally found a work place where I felt valued and truly part of a family! Brilliant company not just to work for but to be cared by as the training and emphasis on providing the best possible care is a main priority. I do and will always miss working for this company and recommend them 100% they go above and beyond for carers and clients.
