I've purchased a new house recently through Living Local. I was satisfied the entire process very much because they were very responsive, helpful and friendly. We were back and forth many times on questions to the owner and they were just very patient to manage it. They were absolutely amazing team.

Emma and the Team have helped us rent and sell our property. They set up an open day for the rental and got us 7 viewings and 6 offers so we had the choice of tenants to suit us. Great result.After the great service for renting Living Local was the natural choice to speak to sell. Lorraine advised us extremely well on market conditions and prices in the area. When we put the house on the market we got the results we wanted. After the sale was agreed communication was regular and informative and they progressed the sale effectively. Nothing is ever a problem for them, they are always friendly, and professional. They always call you back and reply to emails promptly.

My seller used Living Local and they were so professional and a delight to speak to through the whole process. I had a difficult and complicated house sale/purchase and they went above and beyond to support myself and their seller. The loveliest people and were the most competent part of the move. I would definitely recommend anyone who is vulnerable or older and wanting to sell their house, to use Living Local. My seller was elderly and seeing how well they supported her through it was just so lovely to watch. If I ever sell in future, I will use them.

Although not a tenant or a landlord I needed to contact Living Local concerning a plumbing issue effecting both my property and a property they manage. What can I say! The speed at which they resolved the issue and the courtesy they showed me was amazing! The workmanship of the Contractor that they used was also first class. Brilliant Customer Service.
