The staff here are truely amazing we cannot thank them enough for their service towards us. We took the dogs and even they had a warm welcome.The food is absolutely stunning with perfect service. and the accommodation is beautiful.Just got back from another stay here and loved every minute of being there.This place never fails to impress us.Thank you to all the staff.

I really want to like this place. It’s the perfect location, it’s lovely inside. But the service is poor. I’ve met my friend here for breakfast a couple of times and once seated, you don’t set eyes on any waiting staff again. But when you are enjoying your friends company, the poor service isn’t such a problem.But today I popped in on my own and I was so disappointed. I was invisible. I literally had to stand up and wave each time I wanted to order food or a second drink. Not to mention that I had to get up and fetch my own cutlery.The waiting staff don’t look at anyone on the tables, it wasn’t just me trying to get their attention. Another couple in the bar just rolled their eyes at me and shook their heads in disbelief. The waiting staff are more interested in laughing in the kitchen or congregating at the counter talking amongst themselves. And when they do come to you, there is no customer service, no communication, I might as well have gone to a drive through.I spent £25 here today and quite honestly it wasn’t worth £5. Doesn’t matter if the food is good, it’s not worth it for the service.I’ve never felt the desire to write a poor review but I’ve also never felt so invisible.

The place got an amazing location probably as good as you can get in New Milton , the food is very very good much better then what I was expecting at reasonable price . However the staff that I encounter acted a bit like then done me a favour by being there and doing them job . Am not the sort of person that ever asking anything extra and usually am happy with what I got but when I see the receptionist much more concerned to flirt with other member or staff then to give me the key for my room this really annoying me . Maybe in the future the owner should focus more on the skills and competence of the staff he/she hiring then them looks because seriously talking when you tiered after a long day of fun in the town you just want your room to be ready not wait forever for some sort of girl to finish her flirt with the maintenance man till you can finally see the bed you paid for . Suggestion : spot checks on your staff and the place will be booming

Pebble Beach Restaurant
We stayed and ate here on a short break. Due to a last minute cancellation we were offered a cheap upgrade to the Penthouse Suite - wow!! Stunning room with utterly stunning views. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Service from all staff was superb, but Emily deserves a shout out - thanks Emily. Fantastic place. Would love to go back.

Just had a beautiful meal, served in lovely surroundings by friendly and efficient staff. The fact we could bring out well behaved dog with us sealed the deal. I could not recommend this restaurant more highly.

I've been really looking forward to eat here, it has been on my list for so long. But unfortunately I was disappointed and won't be coming here again. The food was alright, but the portions was small and poor. Four of us dined here and one had the cod which was basically the size of a kids meal, costing £26. I cannot fault the location and the view, the restaurant is perfectly located. After reading some of the reviews I also have to agree that the staff was very poor. Like mentioned by other, no communication, no follow up and no offer of more drinks. I had water and my glass was filled once , no jug for the table and to offer of refill. Secondly, the table was all sticky and didn't seem to have been cleaned beforehand either. Such a shame as I was truly looking forward to eat here.

Absolutely stunning!! I was a bit sceptical after reading reviews of poor service but I honestly couldn't fault them. We had a young lady called Scarlet who served us. I haven't received service like this in such a long time. Scarlet was so friendly with a beautiful smile all throughout. Her service was implacable from start to finish...such a great asset to the restaurant. The location was stunning and the food was amazing!! We will definitely be coming back.

Four of us had dinner here last night.Whilst the food was tasty, the service was below average. You don’t get any vegetables with some of the fish main courses but the waiter didn’t us that when we were ordering. Luckily we realised quickly and ordered a couple of sides. Those sides did not turn up and were completely forgotten by staff. We waited for another 15 minutes once we made them aware we hadn’t received our sides, but unfortunately by the time we got them all our food was cold. There was no apology or acknowledgment of this.It was really difficult getting anyone’s attention from the waiting staff. We were hoping to order some more drinks after dinner, but nobody was around to take our order. We decided we were better off just leaving and going elsewhere. Of course it took another 20 min trying to get anyone’s attention and after being unsuccessful we ended up paying at the till where everyone was gathered laughing and having a great time..Overall, this place is slightly overpriced for the quality of service you get, it feels like they are living off the view.

Sat here on a wet and windy afternoon, enjoying being warm and dry with a hot coffee and freshly made pizza. Staff were all lovely. Nice to know the quality hasn't gone downhill in the 15 years since I last visited! A stunning location any time of year, definitely recommend.

Had really high hopes, initially the view is breathtaking, but it went downhill from there. Service was abysmal, they forgot the sides we ordered, so the mains were cold by the time the sides arrived. Waiting staff didn't seem to know the names of the food they were putting down in front of us. After opting not to have a dessert, we were left for nearly half an hour without an offer of any more drinks or coffee. Manager didn't even seem aware that part of our order didn't arrive. In the end we just walked to the bar and paid on our way out. It's a shame as the food was good, kitchen staff are being let down by the front of house.
