Outstanding visit! Wendy was super kind to explain and show my daughter how they make flour there in the same way as Victorian times. She loved it! We would have stayed for longer, next time!Looking forward to bake with the new flour.Super recommended to visit it.

Picturesque location in a beautiful village. Working water mill, fantastic restaurant and if you live beer you cannot miss the micro brewery.

Worth a visit. A great range of arts and crafts, food and drink. I liked the unassuming pottery that sends goods all over the world.

Our group arrived late, but we were offered a quick version of the tour of the mill. Thank you! Very interesting. Nice shop with gifts, treats and freshly ground flour.

1800 watermill still working. You can buy flour milled on site. Steve, the guide and miller was very informative and his passion for milling was obvious. You can mill some grain by hand or try out the sack hoist. Free entry which is amazing so make sure you get a bag of flour at the end.

The Town Mill
This is a wonderful experience for young and old. A working, water powered mill that actually grinds grains to flour. The tour covers the sites 1000yr history. It's all free but it's such a good experience that you should give a donation. Check the opening times as it's quite a short period when it's open. There are several small businesses around the mill worth visiting too.
