Bought point 2 point wireless ENS-500. Wasted a week trying to set them up calling up technical support multiple times and we couldn't get them working. No one could understand what the problem was. Sent back for a refund.

I have a static caravan at Seaview Caravan Park West Mersea .The site introduced a wi fi system by Solwise. Unfortunately my signal strength was very low and most annoying when signal strength was lntermittent . I contacted Jimmy and explained my frustrating problem . He was extremely helpful and advised purchasing a Solwise aerial hot spot system. It was the best thing ever , and the help in setting it up was easy ,even for me, a non techno person. Thanks again ,would thoroughly recommend, Dennis

I had an access point lying around from the dim and distant past (14 years old!) and wanted to try to reuse it rather than replace if possible. Having lost any manual and knowledge of the default settings I contacted the support team at Solwise. The phone was answered in a matter of a couple of rings and the advice was top notch. I have the access point up and running once again. Service like this is a rarity nowadays and something to be admired. Thank you and I'll be back to order new kit as and when required.
