I was able to get seen face-to-face quickly and efficiently. Particular thanks to Dr Cohen who always goes the extra mile for his patients. Thank you!

Very unhelpful receptionist. I couldn't get urgent medical help. Two days chasing for prescription for acute urgent problems . First day when I called, the receptionist told me to try again a day later via askmygp, she told me they can't help me than and they're already offline for Askmygp. And when I tried Askmygp next morning it was offline again, I called and explained it was urgent, she than said she'll refer it to the GP and I'll have it only a day after. They are very busy" she said. And it wasn't the first time. You simple can't getPrescription for urgent health condition without going through closed online and few phone calls and than you get it only when the condition really worsening few days later.The doctors are good though. But overallworse place ever.We the patients shouldn't be quite about it.There must be a way to complain."

Difficult to get an appt but that appears to be a national problem and not particularly specific to st Gabriel’s.Have used askmygp….fairly quick response from the dr…..found him professional,a good listener and gave me answers in a clear concise way. …sorry but missed his name…maybe a locum?Have always found the staff and nurses friendly and approachable.

Iv been at St Gabriel’s for years never had a problem until past few years it’s become a disgrace of a surgery ! . Receptionists are rude ! The Doctors are even worse !! Can’t get appointment face to face ! They just fob you off ask for you to go on MY GP online !! I will be leaving this surgery ! And if you’re reading this and thinking about coming here take my advise …..AVOID IT!!!!

The receptionists here are incredibly rude and clearly don’t care at all for their patients. This has been highlighted in multiple reviews and yet still they haven’t trained their receptionists to show some empathy. They all have a ‘computer says no’ attitude to healthcare. Each time I have reached out to the GP they have done an appalling job, they never seem to read their notes about the patient and also barely ask any questions related to your medical problem. I will now be placing a formal complaint due to their negligence. My previous GP surgery was much better.

Couldnt have had a better experience. So professionally done in matter of seconds. put us at ease instantly when we entered. Great sense of humour from them all. 24 hour helpline with instant responses before AND after procedure. All in All, fantastic and would not be visiting any other medical centre other than St Gabriels. Keep up the great work!

The receptionist and the doctors do not care for their patients at all. I have had the worst experience at this gp and recommend that they be inspected for their service to the public. I have been spoken rudely to by the receptionist which I now know is a common theme at this GP. I do not recommend anyone to ever experience the way I’ve been treated at this place

excellent doctors more than satisfied, i would like to make a special comment about the practice nurse Ms Lesley Newall, this person is amazing. a credit to any practice, and her profession. kind, always professional. without doubt goes over and above with everything. I couldn`t praise her highly enough.

Called them for a GP appointment got told to go on bot chat these went on for 3 days and today I ended up in UTC. Ministry of Health really needs to do an audit on this GP practice less of a GP and more like a pillar to post call centre. I highly do NOT recommend this GP to anyone who requires medical attention

I've never encountered such a sarcastic team before. We need to reintroduce individuals who genuinely care about their patients.
