Best barbers in the SW.Tom is a fantastic barber and I was thrilled when he opened is own barber shop. Living in helston I had been using the barber shop that Tom worked in regularly. I now travel further to Toms shop as you are always guaranteed a fantastic cut, great chat, perfect prices and even brownies!?.The app makes booking appointments clear and easy which saves the standard barbershop queue.Tom is generally interested in getting to know his customers and remembers those little things you chat about the next time you have a cut.Would highly recommend to anyone local in or anyone visiting the area

Tom is a professional barber who’s customers always come first. The cuts are reliable and you can guarantee he achieves what the customer wishes for. He’s friendly and inviting and always makes you feel comfortable. It’s worth the drive which offers free parking and a quiet and professional environment.

Tom is a superb barber and really listens to what you're looking to have done. I find a lot of barbers do what they want instead of what you've asked for which isn't ideal but Tom is good at interpreting what you're after.He's also great with medium and long hair which is a bonus.There's also lots of free parking on site and it's in a really rural area so it's nice and quiet while you wait.

Tom sorted out my hair and beard for my wedding day. Did an absolutely brilliant job, took his time to make sure everything was right. Even said that if I needed a last minute tidy up on the morning of the wedding he would get it sorted.Friendly professional service and genuinely interested in the conversations you have.Highly recommended!!! 5*.

The most southernly barbers, and I drive 250 miles down from Portsmouth to get a trim... I’ve tried barbers all over the country but I always come back. Why? Because Tom is the rare barber to actually cut my hair how I ask. And goes above and beyond taking the time to perfectly execute the cleanest fade a man could ever ask for.You can book in on a efficient, easy to use app. And the barbers skills are impeccable, but that’s not it. Tom’s ability of always remembering important details about your life to discuss is remarkable. This makes for genuine interesting conversations which is part of a great barber experience.Just to summarise, I don’t just get a gleaming fade, I also get a therapy session, a lads catch up and a (brownie which I definitely recommend if they haven’t all sold out) all in a 45 minute booking.

Tom is one of the most professional barbers I've ever encountered. A perfectionist that is always striving to be better. He made me feel welcome from the very first time I sat in his chair. He also comforted my son considerably when he was initially scared of the barbershop environment.His skill set in the 6 years he cut my hair (before embracing baldness) grew considerably. He is always striving to improve, whether that be offering a new service, or taking advice on how to adapt services when required. He is also professional enough to turn down clients he feels that aren't within his skill set, yet.Recently I've noticed when I've been that he is growing as a mentor too. Taking on apprentices, helping the next generation learn to barber at the high standards that are set at the Tuckshop.Go get your hair cut by Tom and his team. You won't leave disappointed.
