Demuths Cookery School
Attended the vegan cakes and puddings day course. Having tried and failed by myself trying to work out how to get the right textures, this course gave me the tips and practice I needed to make different types of cakes and pastries. Helen was a lovely, approachable and knowledgeable tutor.

Demuths Cookery School
I had such a wonderful experience on the L1 Vegan Diploma. The school is 1st class with expert teaching and knowledge sharing. The supporting material and admin are excellent. A lovely friendly environment to learn and practice your cooking skills. Helen, Matt and Lydia are all very highly skilled and patient tutors.

Attended both the vegan fast and delicious and indulgent vegan course and would highly recommend both. The course is well organised and the teachers are knowledgable and create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. High quality ingredients are provided and I’ve picked up some useful techniques! Thank you very much, I hope to see you again.

Demuths Cookery School
Really enjoyable morning on Sunday spent creating a vegan brunch - and it was delicious - i have since made 2 of the dishes at home with the really easy to follow recipe booklets we took away. (and it was only 2 days ago!)Flavours were amazing and it looked great. Very welcoming chefs and the kitchens etc all super clean - we had a Health and Safety and hygiene lesson first!

Demuths Cookery School
I attended the two-day weekend Vegan Festive Weekend Christmas classes. I had so much fun! Aside from a beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped kitchen, the course itself was awesome. Helen had so many great ideas and she was fully flexible, both listening to questions and ideas we had and constantly providing us with alternatives. I love that the recipes are adaptable and focus on using natural ingredients. I definitely want to come back for more.

Demuths Cookery School
Bought my 16 year old daughter a class for her birthday and we went together, and it was fantastic. Despite the fact that we made 6 different dishes, it was very calm - very therapeutic! Matt and Lydia were brilliant with allergy swaps, and really knowledgeable about products available on the market for making vegan recipes. The dishes were all delicious, and we will definitely be making them again. Very much hope to come back one day for another class!

Such a great experience, learning from seasoned professionals, driven by passion for food and technique. The whole team are an asset to the business and enriched our daily cooking journey. I loved every single second ... and mouthful of the 3.2 diploma course I can't wait to repeat the experience for a third time in France - 5 stars are not enough. If you are hesitating about booking ..don't - just do it, you will love it ❤️
