It is vicious and criminal and I have contacted the heads of Amazon and will have to put them into the bin for my own wellbeing because of local malicious authorities

They will steal your packages. I've made many attempts to resolve the issue without success. The scam is the driver delivers to a neighbor who knows them, takes your parcel then the driver updates the tracking status to delivered. You then report the package as not received and get your refund. While the neighbour keep the package. This can happen many times. Amazon needs to be aware of this and protect there customers.
