Danielle provided coaching over four weekly sessions and from the start was professional in her approach but easy to talk to. As I talked through what I wanted help with Danielle listened attentively and responded by suggesting methods such as journaling to record my experiences highlighting my achievements, reflect on them and understand the positive feelings that came from them. It was also suggested to write affirmations to enhance feelings of focussed thought and definition of my feelings. I acted on these suggestions and they enabled me to create a clear and balanced mindset that was very beneficial. The next session went deeper in to parts of my thinking that needed improving and again I was given valuable advice that helped me overcome and surpass the things that I needed to work on creating insight and understanding that I don’t believe that I would have gained without Danielle’s guidance. Doing the work suggested led to a big positive change in the understanding of myself and my thinking creating a feeling of much needed calm and balance that I had wanted for a long time. The next session built upon the positive experience and brought even more understanding with emotional connections being established to add integral strength to the positive steps being made.The final session entailed an overview of the progress made and a processing of all of the elements through the course of the work that had been done which was hugely positive.I would highly recommend Danielle’s services as she possesses very valuable skills that I believe would benefit those who use them.
