We have just had a gym installed in our garden by Spare Space. Have to say the experience was brilliant. So quick, efficient and professional. The process took less than6 weeks from start to finish. The finish is excellent and, as it’s my new space to work in, I’m feeling re-energised and so happy with the building. Andrian and Rob are great partners and the guys who do all the work were a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Spare Space has been fantastic and would wholly recommend them.Replacing a large old timber deck with a fully composite Millboard one is not a small job - however, the timelines were correct, the costing was transparent and kept to, and the workmanship was magnificent.Chris and Callum were a wonderful team on the build - hard working, polite, respectful and fun to have around.Rob and Andrian kept the whole job smoothly on track and were always available to answer questions.One very happy customer indeed!

We have just had a garden room installed by Spare Space Ltd and we really love it. We decided to go for a composite cladding and have been delighted with the outcome. We used Spare Space Ltd for a 25m square millboard raised decking area in the garden. After an initial difference of opinion on measurements (which was resolved quickly, amicably and 'at cost'), things went very smoothly.The team on site were extremely friendly and helpful (both for the groundworks and the carpentry) and they checked in with us regularly, rather than making assumptions about details and ploughing on.This led to us getting a great new space to enjoy as a family, with excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. I'd recommend Spare Space Ltd and will be asking them to quote when the next job comes around...

We have now been using our garden office for over 2 months and we are absolutely delighted with it. We had an awkward patch of garden on a slope where nothing really grew or a site on the main lawn. Andrian & Rob persuaded us to use the awkward patch and we ended up with a beautiful, light and airy L shaped building which looks great from all angles. They were a pleasure to work with and the building team were brilliant. Chris - you were a joy to have around. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
