I have worked with Alison McPherson of Premier Typing on a number of research projects over the past few years, following recommendation from other researchers at Queen’s University Belfast who had used her services in the past. I have always found Alison incredibly friendly, professional, capable and has completed all jobs in a timely manner and to a very high standard. The interviews Alison has completed for our projects in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen’s University Belfast have been laden with medical terms and have participants with strong accents – conditions that could challenge the most experienced of transcribers, but not Alison.
