I am one of those people who will wash anything regardless of the label instructions, however I have one item that absolutely has to be dry cleaned. It's a long, cream (I know, I know) faux suede coat with pale grey fur inside. It's my festival coat (again, I know!) The bottom of it recently got absolutely CAKED in mud at a particularly wet and muddy gathering in a forest in North Wales. It was so bad, that I had to brush off the lumps and I attempted to rinse out the mud. Well, what a mistake. I thought I'd ruined it for good this time. The mud just dissolved into the water and then spread all over the coat leaving it a mottled brown. I had to go back into Timpsons who normally dry clean it for me with my tail between my legs begging them to try and fix my fatal error. Even they weren't convinced that it could be reversed. I left it with them hoping for the best but prepared for the worst with a 'no Rush' note attached as I know how busy they are. 48 hours later, it was ready for collection. I went in fully prepared to be told I'd ruined it but they had once again come up trumps and brought it up like new! The lady even said they had to put it through a few times (which they absolutely do not have to do!) And it's beautiful once again. They are always so lovely in the Cardiff Bay Morrison's Timpsons, they go above and beyond every time I see them and they're so quick! I rarely leave reviews but I feel they deserve one. Thankyou guys!

Ladies in Timpson are amazing, nothing too much trouble. Quick service and beautifully presented items back and most of all ,always smiling, however busy. Well Done!!

Took my suit in to get dry cleaned. It was pretty dirty and thought it was a last resort to try and clean or bin it. Thankfully it's come up like new again. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful too. Definitely go again. Thanks
