IMO Car Wash
I came for a quick car wash while the Mrs. Was shopping. I got there for about 10am on Saturday. There was no one there but it looked open. I beeped the horn and bloke came storming out with his mouth full of food. He said he wouldn't get another chance to eat as its very busy on a Sunday. I explained it was a Saturday and that I also didn't care. I was there for a car wash. It's not like he was cleaning it, the machine was. I said I'd just go because he was being a silly Billy. If only the attendant was a robot I'd get a better service. He also had egg on his face. Literally.

IMO Car Wash
I stopped using this car wash some time ago due to the operator being rude and aggressive and not doing his job of pre-wash. However on Sunday I thought I would give another try as the staff turnaround can be quite frequent. To my disappointment, the same guy was there being his usual aggressive and work shy self. When I got home I was so surprised how the car looked I took some pictures. You would never believe I had been to the car wash. It looks like someone just got a dirty rag and moved the dirt around the car. See the pictures. Needless to say I will not be using this car wash again.

The staff were very polite and the price is very reasonable. The car was itself does a fantastic clean on the car. Five stars.

IMO Car Wash
My first ever appointment to wash car ended up with a disappointment. I asked the worker is it ok to pay with card - apparently it was, so I did , to which he was just moaning “too much problem” whilst printing out receipt. Maybe my questions might seem stupid or with workers words “are you joking, right” i did admited I never have done it before. After that I just wanted and did drove off, without any service. Such a shame I payed, but no driver - new or experienced is deserved such an attitude.

IMO Car Wash
I used this car wash very frequently up until a week ago. I wash my car weekly in the winter, to get all the salt blasted off from underneath. The man who works here is particularly rude and snappy, has a totally unprofessional attitude, and has never once pre-washed my car in the many times I've been. He once held everybody up for 10 minutes talking to his mate.I would recommend the IMO Broughton car wash if it's not too far out of your way. Staff are much nicer and actually do their job properly.

Nipped in here at about 1.15pm and it was quiet. The gentleman who came out to ask which level of car wash I wanted was really friendly. Went through the wash nice and quickly and the car is spotless.

IMO Car Wash
Drove in at 13:00 on Friday 3rd November. Never been before. Guy was quick to charge £20 but then sent me through the machine and that was it, no valet? No air freshener, polish or clean? £20 for the machine to wash the car. Won't be back, awful experience. Will take your money straight away but do nothing
