Snows Toyota Plymouth

I recently visited Snows Toyota dealership at the Plymouth branch with a view to purchasing a new car. Myself and my wife were greeted warmly by the very friendly reception staff and made to feel welcome immediately. We arranged a test drive of a Toyota Corolla hybrid GR sport. On the day of the test drive we met with Darren Copp who was very helpful and informative regarding the car. We drove the car and returned to the garage where again Darren answered any of our questions. We decided to purchase the car which was handled professionally and efficiently by Darren allowing us to take ownership of the car within a few days. We were also introduced to Montana Johnstone as a service contact. She was very pleasant as are all of the staff we have met at this dealership. My first thoughts were that I had arrived expecting to find a LEXUS main dealership only to find it was a downgraded Toyota outlet.I had intended to collect a used LEXUS vehicle which had been transferred from a sister outlet but discovered that the documentation was quite extensive and required detailed formalities that took some considerable time to prepare.It was disappointing that during this time we were not offered any refreshments and when finally we were prepared to leave it was brought to our attention that the engine cover was showing a crack which needed to be replaced.We were obliged to leave the vehicle and were most fortunate to receive an offer to be driven by one of the management to our home by courtesy car.The outcome was the vehicle was delivered to our home address where it was arranged for the replacement part to be fitted at a local dealership.We are most pleased to now be owners of a very high quality motor in excellent condition.

A great service throughout and Darren was very supportive in terms of buying the car the was best for my circumstances. He explained the process and also looked for the best deal to support my needs. There wasn’t any hard sell during the process and I felt very comfortable discussing what I needed.Kept me informed throughout the process of purchasing a new Aygo X. Picked up new used car from Snows Toyota with the help from Chase. She was absolutely brilliant with helping me figure out a car much more advanced in electronics than my previous car and was very patient with my limited knowledge on computer things.I have been taking my old car there for services and MOTs and have always found them to be exquisite and now I can safely say their sales team are top notch. Will definitely be going through them with anything else in the future.

Matthew Weston was brilliant to deal with. He was very informative about the cars they had available and what would suit my budget and needs. We opted for a new C-HR and cannot complain. It's a lovely car and we are very happy. Post sale service has been brilliant from Matthew too, with phone calls to see how we are getting on with the car. Thank you snows!

Although I decided not to proceed with my purchase, my sale was being overseen by Matt Weston who was efficient, super friendly and explained everything to me really well. I will probably return to Snows to purchase a new car later in 2024. It was just not the right time, this time.

I have recently purchased from Snows Toyota in Plymouth a Toyota Corolla, 2 tone Hybrid, 2.0L GR Sport. The representative that was dealing with me was Darren Copp. The car i wanted wasn't in the Plymouth branch but in Exeter. Within a couple of days the car was in Plymouth and ready for me to take away. I didn't need to test drive the car as i had done a year ago, but in another spec.Darren was a great sales man who was professional and knowledgeable. He made the experience relaxed at all times. He also didn't over push the add on's as some garages do which makes you feel pressured. I knew what i wanted, and the budget i had to spend, and he worked with me on that. What also added to the customer care experience, was the relaxed atmosphere, clean tidy show room, and free tea and coffee.Overall was very happy with the car, and garage for it's quick timely sale of the car and professionalism of its sales team. Very satisfied customer!

Recently upgraded my car with Snows which as always was an easy process. Was dealt with by Darren Copp who walked me through the process and was very friendly and informative.
