A superb open green space which was opened over 20 years ago by the villagers of Mawdesley. A support group welcomes new members or be trustees. The maintenance team meet every second Saturday morning to keep the green safe and enjoyable for everyone. It offers play area, exercise area, bandstand and barbecue area. Lots of activities take place here yearly, bonfire and firework display, music on the green, etc. Support this local green space and visit for a walk with your dog, bring the children to play or just enjoy the fresh open air. Plenty of parking space.

Lovely, tricky little bowling green, set in a beautiful village aspect. Members friendly, but beware, they are good bowlers.??

Lovely tranquil space. Green and peaceful. Dogs welcome as long as you pick up. Childrens assault course too !

Went to Mawdesley for the first time for a beer festival ran by the landlord of the local pub (Ian). Park was spotless. Atmosphere was amazing and everyone who I came into contact with were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended village to visit.
