A really fun place to take children. Wooden climbing frames, ball puts, sandpit, slides, go carts, climbing wall. I like that there is a space for under 5s to play away from the main play space.The canteen offers a great variety of food for adults and children. It's always well cooked too. Staff are extremely helpful, hard working and polite.We enjoy visiting it regularly.

My kids both had a great first time here, we are already planning for one of their next bday party’s here. The equipment looked well maintained and there were staff around but not intrusive. Only issue was when lining up for the rock climbing some other kids cut the line, not sure it was intentional either , so maybe having clearer signs for where the line is would help sort that out.

had my daughters birthday party here on Sunday. Whilst the host was good and overall the party went well- the reception staff were probably the two rudest individuals i'd ever met. We were told on the phone to arrive 15-20 minutes early to be allowed access to our party room to 'set-up'. We arrived 20 minutes early and they laughed in my face. They then proceeded to send my guests on a wild goose chase around the venue instead of directing them to the party room. Not impressed at all.

This place is literally heaven for children , not for the older ones but definitely for younger children. They’re is so much to do , things to see and lots of options to eat . Would definitely recommend, also the lady on reception is lovely

Visited Kidspace Croydon for the first time last week with my little one and she had a great time! It’s spacious and lots to do, bumper cars were great too. Reason for 4 stars is more for the service side of things, we waited ages to get as massive que and only 1 member of staff letting people through, there were 2 members of staff at the entrance just chatting amongst themselves and also the wait to get food/drinks was very long. Apart from this my little one had a great time and good price for the experience.

A big barrel of fun, good for kids of all ages.A great team and amazing organising parties.Of note for parents / adults, the location has lost its alcohol licence. Also when we last visited they had run out of coffee.

Very good place to get some energy out of the little ones.Downside: the same marketing tricks of placing ice creams & candy floss machine next to entrance/exit defeat the purpose of the activities available and mostly every time you end up with kids screaming on either wayTip: a membership is worth if you go more than once a month. As well you can get a late slot (18:00-19:00) if you are a member

Another example of a business that likes to charge a fortune and yet fails to provide a decent service. Place covered in dust and grime carpet filthy beyond belief a breeding ground for bacteria, virus, fungus and god knows what else!!! If you don’t get COVID-19 here probably a stomach bug will get you.32.5£ for two kids and one adult to play in this landfill for 2 hours. Usury.Update25/10/23I visited the place again and I can attest that place looks as filthy as always.

It's expensive if a large family, staff do try to keep it clean I will give them that, however things have slipped in the last few years. There should be a strictly no shoes policy once in the venue. Would recommend carpet cleaning and equipment cleaning every few months. Hands are black after using the equipment.
