Well, where to start? My experiences with dental practices, over the years and across the UK, has been much the same as most other people I guess. I have always known pretty much what to expect and I accepted the treatment offered. However, upon entering Crossbank Dental my senses were immediately aroused by the building itself and then by the friendliness of the reception staff. Everything that I had encountered at previous practices was so much better here, more polished, more professional - but at the same time, more friendly. My experiences with the dental staff thus far have, quite honestly, blown me away and I have never before seen such futuristic equipment nor received such detailed examinations. It would take too long to itemise each thought (all positive) but suffice to say I am very impressed. I am confident that my future dental care is in the hands of the most exemplary professionals that I could ever imagine. I have no hesitation in recommending Crossbank Dental to anyone.

After two visits to Crossbank Dental Care I am left regretting that I didn't join this practice years ago. The difference between all my former dental practices and Crossbank is similar to having taken holiday cruises on rowing boats before discovering ocean liners. I am glad now that my teeth will receive the care they deserve.

I could not be more happier.. finally managed to find a dentist to start my much needed treatment.From setting foot through their door I have been made to feel welcome. Helen & Jolie are a great team who really look after their patients. There is a real attention to the patients needs, all using the latest techniques & equipment & a reassuring manner throughout. Crossbank is a private dental practice, but the best we have used. It epitomises the phrase; ‘You get what you pay for.’ Recommended.

I have been a patient of Crossbank for about ten years. The practice is extremely well run by Neil Cooper and his team.I am always reassured in the way they have the very latest equipment. The reception staff are alway friendly and helpful. The dental procedures are always carried out professionally with maximum consideration for you as the patient.

An excellent appointment with my therapist Helen and her dental nurse Tia today. A very thorough check up done by Helen who discovered I needed a filling! The filling was placed efficiently and I felt no pain whatsoever, the filling is the same colour as my tooth and feels nice and smooth - I wouldn’t even know it was there! As an additional part of my hygiene treatment I had “airflow” which has left my teeth sparkly white and free from stains! Thank you Helen and Tia for giving me bright white teeth again.

I had a number of implants done and the treatment and patient care I received from Neil and his team was outstanding. The procedure is quite complex, and could seem daunting but Neil was very reassuring and the worst I felt during the whole experience was very slight discomfort, which did not last long. I am very happy with the result and can’t think how the experience could have been better.
