We highly recommend Macks Properties for anyone who is looking to rent a property. My family and I have rented a house in Kenley, South London, for the last more than two years. From day one we were very much impressed by the service we received from Macks Properties agent, Neel Patel. He was honest and trustworthy, and on top of that showed care and concern for us. He was helpful in practical ways too, by answering our questions and giving specific guidance for us who were new to the area. He saw to it that we settled in well.Neel was always quick to respond to any query or issue we had. He would send out their own handyman to see to small issues that arose, or, when necessary, mediated very efficiently between us and the landlord, representing us well and speaking on our behalf to get repairs done. We never had to fight to have maintenance done. Neel respected our schedules and time preferences and remained truthful throughout.

Macks were a great letting agency to work with, always very responsive to any requests we had and were extremely quick in returning deposits.
