Caroline is fantastic and I would highly recommend her services. She helped transform our new home completely, moving the project on with drive, enthusiasm and efficiency. The interior she has created in our home is perfect for us and she really understood our needs and what we wanted. She has made beautiful curtains and cushions throughout the house. She has reframed precious pictures, she has enhanced things that we had and made them look better! The wonderful service I would also recommend was the room transformation where we left her to it for a few hours and the room was beautified with pictures hung, curtains in place and the accessories that make the interior really come together laid out. It was like walking into someone’s else’s house and I have loved it every day since. We couldn’t have wished for a better service and her she is very reliable and very easy to work with too.

Caroline is a joy to work with. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted to achieve with the room. She took my basic thoughts and enhanced them by bringing her fantastic eye for detail and design.We've ended up with a room that's not only stylish but supremely comfortable. All the boxes ticked! I'm completely over the moon with the sitting room!..I'm very much looking forward to working with Caroline again on the next project

We were very pleased with the design and decoration support that we received. Our goal was to revamp the kitchen while keeping most of the existing fittings and, though not a very large project, the support we received was excellent throughout from the initial design proposal through to selection of new flooring, wall coverings and colour schemes. Very happy to recommend Willow Grey Interiors and would use them again in future should we need interior design assistance.

I downsized earlier this year and was really stuck for ideas on how to furnish the living room. None of my old furniture fitted and I wanted a fresh and more modern approach. Years ago I would have looked at magazines or trawled up and down the High Street but these options are no longer realistic. So much is now only available online and I didn't know where to start. Caroline at Willow Grey Interiors was brilliant, she immediately understood the brief and gave me loads of ideas and guidance. She used a 3D app to illustrate my options and then backed this up with an index of all the items she had recommended so I could order these items directly. She was hugely patient and I'm sure she has saved me from making many expensive mistakes. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone not sure of how to proceed with an interiors project.

As a pair of accountants, we have for many years attempted to create the warm, lovely home scenes you see in the magazines, and whilst we knew what end result we aspired to, it was clear we didn't know how to get from a to b! This was the first time we teamed up with a professional and i can only say how pleased we are that we did. The end result delivered exactly what we wanted, we were blown away with the transformation of our living room.More importantly, Caroline listened to our brief closely, didn't force us in any direction and teased out of us the kind of result we were after, tailoring her approach accordingly. Budget was taken into consideration for the project and factored into the design. Where necessary she was very willing to give her professional opinion and steer us toward what ultimately is a fantastic result that we couldn't have achieved on our own in a million years.Im so pleased we decided to bring in a professional and i've already contacted Caroline to start work on further rooms in my house.

Home office design : Caroline was a pleasure to work with. After the initial briefing meeting she quickly came up with some starter thoughts which we then discussed together to arrive at a final design. She was very flexible, planning work around my availability and was always quick to respond whenever we needed to discuss anything once the work had started. I am super happy with the end result, which has transformed a cluttered 4th bedroom with a desk into a beautiful, calm and practical home office space, and am often complimented by envious colleagues while on Teams calls about the look and feel of my work environment!

We engaged with Cas, to help with a make over of our living and dining room space, at the beginning of 2021...which was typically just as Covid lockdowns came back! Despite this, Cas worked with us virtually over video appointments and photographs - even though this was a new way of working for all of us, we stumbled through the learning curve together, Cas produced an absolutely fabulous proposal for us. Once possible Cas also came to visit and went through the proposal in more detail and to help us look at fabric and paint samples, as well as making some minor changes now she could see the property and space properly.Cas pushed our design boundaries in a respectful and enjoyable way encouraging some bold colours and prints....but the end result we are absolutely over the moon with and has created a space that is so cosy and welcoming. We’d never have got to here without Cas' help! Thank you!! x

Willow Grey Interiors have just completed their second project in a year for us, with outstanding results again! We particularly appreciate the collaborative way Caroline and her team work; from initial renderings to final design it's very much a back and forth process based on mutual respect made possible by the extent of their experience and creativity. Caroline has transformed our house from an underwhelming magnolia haven into something rather special. We decided to embark upon a transformation project and chose Willow Grey Interiors based on a word of mouth recommendation and subsequent reviews on Houzz. Upon Caroline's first visit, it was clear that she was visualising what was possible with the spaces that we had to play with. A couple of weeks later, we had the 3D plans, lots of pictures of related items to assess and plenty of paint/fabric samples. It was a smooth and professional introduction to the process. Fast forward a few months and we have worked with and enjoyed the company/services of many professional and reliable trades people who were recommended but never imposed. The result is a home which builds on our individual characters, adds colour, warmth and humour to our standard of living, and raises the standard of the environment in which we live. Deadlines have been met and we maintained budgets against our expectations. It has been a lot of fun!
