Bournemouth Apple Repair
My son had some issues with a computer he built and we took it to Pete for a chat. He recommended a full diagnostic, and took the time to explain what it would do and how long it would take. We agreed and Peter communicated with us throughout the time he was running the diagnostics, and came back with some recommendations which have resulted in the computer working fine. Great service at an amazing price, and would recommend these guys to all.

Bournemouth Apple Repair
My iMac crashed while upgrading to the latest operating system.Peter diagnosed a problem with the hard drive, replaced it with a solid state drive, installed the new operating system and recovered all of my data from the old drive. Excellent service. I fully recommend Bournemouth Apple Repairs.

My Mac was playing up and a quick phone call to Pete and it was in the repair shop that same day. Despite the fact that it was a tricky case, Peter preserved and found the root of the problem. He worked with me all the way ensuring that I was in the loop and listened to me and my ideas. We got it all sorted out and what could have been a nightmare experience was actually quite pleasant. I learnt a lot from Pete too! Highly recommend!

It was a real pleasure (and no little relief) to find someone who could change the hard drive in my 2019 iMac, with little fuss and complete professionalism. I could contact Pete by phone, decide that he understood the work that was necessary and get my machine to him. He completed the work in very good time and my iMac has a new lease of life with a new SSD. Thanks!

iMac hard drive failed. Peter kept me well informed through the diagnostics and repair process and took the time to advise how to restore my data from back up. I had a few complications which I was steered through. I would not hesitate to return for any future computer needs. Recommended!
