Customer service was good with Linsey. And follow conversation with manager (Pavel) due to problem & was helpful as they assisted with issues.To note- unfortunately my insurance does not pay for genuine apple parts (CHECK YOUR POLICY) when fixing the iphone have had multiply issues with ASSURANT. Extremely unhelpful and very deceitful (They referred me to Pocket Geek to fix phone).Pocket Geek have been extremely helpful even though in this situation the phone could not be fixed.

Amazing service would highly recommend coming here if you need your phone repaired. My screen was shattered and half of it had completely gone off. Got my phone fixed in 45 minutes. Soo happy thank you and the lady who served me was lovely.

Ryan at Pocket Geek in Bolton has been amazing regarding my phone repair. The manufacturer was not particularly helpful and we felt we were stuck in limbo but Ryan sorted it all out for us so that the repair went ahead. He kept my daughter informed during the process and she was able to pick the reapired phone up for me from the store within 24 hours.Thank you so much Ryan, you've been brilliant.
