Great profession service! I woke up to find my battery drained and these guys were the first contact I found via google. Able to come and solve my crisis in 30min! Will highly recommend and definitely use again (as needed)

My wife was stuck with a flat battery in one of the Birmingham City carparks.Jump my car had someone out to her and she was on the road again within 1/2 hour.Great communication throughout. They turned up when they said they would and made what was a stressful situation slightly less frustrating.Well done and thanks !

I am so impressed with Jump Start My Car their service is excellent. My car battery was dead and my car was stranded on College Road. Jad came out and jumped started my car for me. Jad even explained to me what the problem could be with my car. I would recommend this service to everyone, thank you Jad.

Truly amazing experience. They really provide high-class customer service.My battery died and I called this company and within literally 30 min my car was working. Unfortunately later in the day my battery died again so I called them again and they were again super quick and efficient. We went to the repair shop and they gave me a lift back home.I wish that all companies are like this one. Hats off!!!

Had communicated quickly with me to come and get my car started. He came quickly and got it started in no time. He was clear in what I needed to do and was lovely to do business with.So after jump starting it turned out my battery was completely dead and Jad gave such a competitive price to get my battery and come to where I am to fit it. Great service and car is starting fine and with a good battery!
