Purchased a suit yesterday. Was assisted perfectly by Albana who helped me with getting the trousers altered. The suit was ready 24 hours later and fits perfectly. Thanks for your help Albana!

They refused to change fault shoes. The most astonishingly bad customer service from staff and even worse from the manager. I have never known anything like it. Avoid at all costs.

Great service from Dean. I was shopping for my first formal suit and also needed tailoring for a good fit. I’m really happy with the purchase - Dean was super friendly and he knows his stuff. Great shopping experience - no need to visit London!

Great store with good selection of suits and very friendly staff especially Sylvia. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Helped me with literally everything from matching the shirt colour to suit sizing and selecting the right tie. THANK YOU !

Needed a new suit and after some research and internet browsing, I decided to get one from BOSS!I chose the Reading store, due to some good reviews and because I knew I'd need some tailoring done.The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. While there I also got a new shirt (if getting a new suit, it's worth getting a new shirt to go with it). On pick up, I tried on the outfit and it was perfect! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!

I was very impressed when visited Hugo Boss store in Reading fir my first visit. The staff were amazing and helpful. I felt welcomed from the first minute. People will do an extra mile every time when you need a help. Actually I was very surprised by member of staff Niko. He is so professional and polite. He always was there to help without asking. He knew at what point he need to approach and give a help. I really appreciate that. In overall it made a such a good impression that I made another purchase on a day and planning to come there much often. Keep up the great work guys! Perfect, 5 star!
